Terms & Conditions

This is a privately owned reference service, not a government office, law firm, private investigation firm, or consumer reporting agency. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides an FCRA-covered service.

Using the Service

By using this service, a visitor accepts these terms. It is a navigation resource for Pawnee County and Oklahoma public-record channels. It stores no official roster and cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, or file a document. Do not use it unlawfully, to stalk, threaten, harass, gain unauthorized access, run automated scraping, or disrupt access for other visitors.

Information must not be used to make decisions about a person's employment, housing, credit, insurance, tenancy, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not treat a booking entry as a consumer report.

Links and Availability

External links may lead to Sheriff's pages, jail tools, court resources, corrections agencies, legal-help sources, or third-party search services. They are offered for convenience and are not an endorsement. The service does not control their content, data practices, availability, or results.

Everything is provided “as is.” No warranty is made that content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or sufficient for a particular purpose. Public records and custody status change frequently, so no page is an official statement by a public agency.

Responsibility and Ownership

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the service or an outside link. A visitor agrees to indemnify the operator and its partners against claims, losses, and legal costs arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Pawnee County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission. Access may be limited or revoked at any time.

Changes and Oklahoma Law

These terms may be changed by posting an updated version. Oklahoma law governs the terms, and disputes must be brought in courts within Oklahoma. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay effective and the invalid part is adjusted only as needed.

Questions about these terms may be sent through the Get in Touch page.
