Dispatch is available 24 hours a day.
Ask for the Records Division for Open Records Act or Sheriff's Data Act requests. The published copy schedule is $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page. The public page does not give a booking-photo-specific fee or a fixed response time. Confirm both when requesting a record.
Where to Route a Question
- For a current county booking or custody status, use the Sheriff's inmate search, daily report, or 72-hour report, then call the Sheriff if confirmation is needed.
- For a Pawnee County district-court case, contact the Court Clerk or use OSCN or ODCR.
- For a Cleveland police report, use the Cleveland City Clerk's records-request route or Cleveland Police.
- For a Pawnee Police report, call Pawnee Police at 918-762-3166 for the current submission method.
- For a state-prison record, use Oklahoma DOC offender information and its records channels.
- For a possible emergency or current crime, call 911.
The Sheriff's tip page permits anonymous or contactable tips and is separate from a records request. A request for a booking record should not be sent as a tip.
